The staff is very friendly and always tried to help when we walked by the reception. There is a small chill out area at the lobby and also a hangout room next to the lobby. Surprisingly there's also a gym!

New, clean, and beautifully appointed rooms. Onsen and lounge on the top level with unlimited popsicles were superb. The tatami mats throughout and only socked feet allowed in the entire hotel added to the experience. Car park next door was convenient. Right next to busy streets full of restaurants.

All staffs are very helpful. Even before the stay, they were very active responding to every inquiries I had. On the arrival date, my flight arrived early, the staff were promptly to support my early check in. The rooms are very clean and comfort. The location has easy access to train station for travelers to carry their luggages in a walking distance. In additon the hotel is acessessible to shopping malls and restuarants.

Wow, this property is AMAZING! It was the highlight of our three weel trip! Totally worth the cost! It's in a prime location within walking distance to many prime places. The staff were so helpful, friendly, and accommodating! The restaurant was out of this world- delicious Italian! Paying for thr breakfast is worth it! So many options!!!!

The free bread and drinks, even they are free but the quality is very good. The room is big and the shower is perfect. Very comfortable bed. The staffs are nice.

Perfect and great in every sense, especially the staff!. We can't thank enough the staff during our stay. My wife got sick and needed to go to hospital. The staff were with us through it all. We could communicate in English fluently with all the staff present and one of the staff even came all the way with us to the hospital to serve as a translator since it was a Sunday and we couldn't find a hospital with a translator. To all the staff at Kabin Kyoto we thank you from the bottom of our hearts! God bless you!
