As I was there for a long time AND have almost no Spanish, it was was great to have the extra bit of support. I can not recommend this little spot of heaven highly enough.

The restaurant at the country house serves a variety of dinner options inside a historic building. We booked our stay here for one night and decided to stay another night because it is so wonderful. (We are having a hard time leaving at that!) The facility is very special. It is located in a tiny, remote village consisting of stone houses built in the late 1700s. The village is surrounded by forested hills and is very peaceful and relaxing. Luis is the owner and chef, and his meals are delicious. All of the fresh produce comes from his garden, and the other foods (bread, meat, cheese, etc.) come from local suppliers. The wine is delicious, too! We are already planning to return.
