It's like arriving in paradise, I was very friendly welcomed by Victor and also the owner couple, all have been very kind and helpful. The stay was just great, and I was lucky to ad another night. The sauna has the most spectacular view, the garden is very well mended, and all the buildings are so beautifully made and decorated. I also had the luck that Phoebe cooked dinner one night, which was amazing, I enjoyed ever bite of the fresh fish and the delicious Panna Cotta with Kardamom). I appreciated also, that I coukld charge my e-car at the Parking!

From the patio where you could sit and relax with a glass of wine, a very useful kitchen you could use any time, and of course the room. It was very spacious, with a big, very comfortable bed, very clean and modern bathroom. There was free public parking right next to the house, a market and 3 different restaurants, so you have everything you need there. But the thing that made this house stand out is their hospitality. The breakfasts were the best part of our day (and that says a lot, knowing we were enjoying Algarve beaches the rest of the time) - you can customize your breakfast every day and pick three things off the menu, and also enjoy the appetizers, coffee, fresh orange juice... It was truly great, and we also appreciated the desserts made for the guests every day, which we enjoyed with a glass of Port wine also provided by the hosts. We are already missing this acommodation, and wish to return and stay even longer

When you turn on the heating, it is comfortable, even when it’s cold outside. We got a bottle of wine and cheese in the evening and warm bread in the morning. Wonderful!!

We would go back in a beat! This is a beautifully appointed, very comfortable and fully equipped accommodation in a quiet location that is a 15min drive from both Carrapateira and Aljezur. Vera is a superbly welcoming hostess, the breakfast is delicious and you can tell that a lot of thought and care has gone into the property. Vera had great tips for us regarding places to visit and where to find different types of food in the area. There was also a lovely welcoming treat for us, a meat & cheeseboard as well as wine this was a nice surprise after a long day on the road. The location allows easy access to the coastline and all the beaches north and south of Bordeira, as well as Sagres, Lagos and Monchique. We chose our breakfast everyday, and the basket is so plentiful that we had snacks for most of the day. There was varied fresh fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice, warm bread & croissants and a variety of other items on choice. The sweet potato torte and the honey cake were absolutely delicious.
