Hengifosslodge Tiny Houses in Egilsstadir provides adults-only accommodation with a private beach area and a garden. It was far away from the city, close to waterfalls and with a stunning view of the lake. Nicely equipped with everything necessary, fire places added very nice and cozy vibes to it. It was stylish with wooden design, so it created perfect ambiance. It was clean, staff was helpful and friendly. So worth it

Offering garden views, Starmýri 2 Cottages in Starmýri provides accommodation and barbecue facilities. With river views, this accommodation features a patio. A lovely cottage, super clean, cozy and well-equipped. The view was amazing. We enjoyed the stay there :)

Set in Mjóifjörður in the East Iceland region, Sólbrekka Holiday Homes has a terrace. Featuring sea and mountain views, this holiday home also features free WiFi. The cabin is dreamy. It’s a bit remote, but perfect for disconnecting. It has everything you need, though it’s a good idea to stop by a store before your visit. The jacuzzi and grill are a great addition. The view is incredible. We also went on a short hike to the Heljarfoss waterfall. Also we were lucky – we saw a small whale twice.

New, comfortable home with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Lovely views and the property is at the end of the street so very quiet. It has a wrap around decking and plenty of parking. The house is warm, the beds are comfortable, internet is fast, tv is large, and the kitchen has everything you need.

These holiday homes all offer a private terrace with barbecue facilities, in addition to a well-equipped kitchenette with free coffee and tea. Egilsstadir town centre is a 8-minute drive away. Fabulous cabin. So well stocked ( yoga mat for me, coffee machine for husband). Everything has been thought of to ensure your comfort. Host came to greet us personally ( a first for me and I’ve booked many places like this) and came to check everything was fine a couple days into our trip. Sauna and hot tub amazing. No where can be more highly recommended.
