The location is perfect, a short walk into town and a good base for sightseeing other areas. Our room had a comfortable bed and was very clean. The breakfast was hot and hearty and our hosts were lovely, friendly people who couldn’t do enough for us. We would definitely recommend this warm and friendly place.

Featuring a Thai restaurant and tearooms, the Kells Bay House is set on 40 acres of unique gardens with subtropical plants. Best hotel I've ever stayed in. It's more like a retreat than a hotel. Four or five quiet comfortable bedrooms in a stunning, peaceful location, with its own private path down to the bay, and prize winning gardens where the sound of running water fills your eardrums. I felt totally renewed after one night there and I cannot wait to go back.
