Free WiFi access is available throughout the property. The location was great, on the right side of the Plitvice Lakes, which allowed us to discover a different view of the lakes. Also entrance #3 to the lakes was very close (5 mins walking). The bed was excellent and the rooms overall were at highest standards. I enjoyed a lot the dinner prepared by the host, especially the mushroom cream soup was amazing !

It has a traditional look, but very clean, big house and a quiet place.. Great and big courtyard, perfect for families with kids. The view is amazing. 25 minutes by car to the Plitvice Lakes. The location is a bit far away with a small portion of country road until you arrive at the acommodation.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marija’s villa, and we can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, Marija welcomed us with such warmth and generosity that we immediately felt at home. She is truly a kind-hearted and thoughtful host, always making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Her hospitality was simply outstanding. The villa itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well-equipped. Every detail has been carefully thought through—from the fully stocked kitchen to the little touches like extra towels, coffee, spices, and even board games. It really felt like everything we could possibly need was already there, and more. We especially enjoyed the outdoor barbecue area, which was perfect for relaxing evenings with family and friends. The washing machine and dryer made life easy during our stay, and even the dartboard added a fun twist to our time at the villa—we spent many cheerful evenings competing and laughing together. The house is ideal for families or groups, with plenty of space, comfortable beds, and a peaceful atmosphere. The surrounding area is quiet and scenic, which made our stay all the more relaxing. Marija went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and her kind spirit truly made this trip special. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories.
