Superb, superb, superb !! Book this wonderful cottage, blindfolded ! The host has provided everything one would want in a house and everything is brand new. Sweet gentleman who speaks broken English, but manages to get the message across. We dealt with him and his son, Beker, who can communicate a little better, to give you more information for the area. The location is fantastic, even if you're without a car, one just climbs a few steps on the hillside to get into the town. There was parking on the property for our car.

The cottage is ideally situated just outside Martvili Canyon, allowing you to arrive early and enjoy the area before the crowds. Of all the cottages we stayed in, this was the most spacious — featuring a large living area and roomy bedrooms that comfortably accommodate up to five people. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and responsive to any request. The cottage is brand new and fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay.

My wife literally had tears in her eyes when she tasted the homemade meat blintzes on our first day; she said it reminded her of her childhood home cooking. Outside, the yard is full of great spots: a shaded sitting area under a fruit tree, two hammocks, a swing perched on the cliff edge (perfect for photos), and a firepit to warm up on cool nights. A supermarket is just a 10-minute drive away for basic supplies.
