We loved the character and features of the property, the off-road parking, the facilities, the location - quiet and tranquil but conveniently close to the shops, amenities and beach. The space within the property worked really for our family. There was a private secluded garden at the rear. The decor was tastefully in keeping with the seaside setting of the village. Everything was well laid out in the kitchen and we had everything we needed to self-cater easily. The linen was clean and comfortable. We also liked the fresh milk station to help reduce our recycling.

Breakfast was not an option The location is perfect - a couple of minutes away from the Festiniog railway station and a short drive from PortMerion We loved the balcony ( despite the weather )

Throughly enjoyed my stay!

Lovely house, everything we needed was there. Spacious, great decor. Lovely to have a pre- stay call from Liam and a message after we'd checked out, a lovely personal touch.
