The apartment (ex sheep stable) was just recently renovated completely, super modern, much space, up to 4 people could spend a week there easily. kitchen-living-room connected, bath super clean and big, hot water immediatelly, full equipped kitchen, bedroom big and comfortable. the view is just amazin. perfect spot to start journey all over skye, hiking, beach, walking, by bus or rental car, just wonderful .The sunrise over the valley and the see is simply beautiful. big windows to enjoy all of it. We just loved it!

Huge living room with large comfy couch and 80(?) inch TV for relaxation after long days of walking. Large, well-equipped kitchen. One large bed room and one enormous bed room. Usually large and comfortable beds. All beautifully decorated in a mix of classic and bohemian style. Stein Inn (very nice pub) and Loch Bay (Michelin star restaurant) in walking distance (but a bit of a walk; almost 4 km). The host is very responsive and friendly (not that we had any issues, but we had some questions before arriving).

Furnished very comfortably. Kitchen stocked with basic essentials; nice grocery store about 5 to 10 min drive. We were able to prepare a nice dinner. The showers with multiple shower heads were nice. Strong wifi. Would love to come back and stay here again!

Outdoor seating is also available at the holiday home. Only a short drive out of Portree the location was superb with amazing views. Very comfortable for our group with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen so we could cook breakfast to start our day! Also a washing machine and dryer was a bonus for our 4 night stay. Recommend the Sunday roast down the road at Skeabost hotel was amazing also and recommended by our host. Would definitely stay here again as a good base for exploring the Isle of Skye.
