We just got back from staying here for a week and LOVED IT! They gave us a few complementary things (coconuts, bottle of wine, etc. during the stay and just seemed genuinely happy to have us! The bungalows are awesome, with A/C in the bedrooms (extremely necessary). We were with our 18 month old toddler and the following was awesome with a kid: - less than a block’s walk to the beach (chill dirt road) - ground level bungalow and fully gated property so pretty safe for her to run around - a smaller pool in addition to the big pool that she could stand in (she’s 80 cm tall) and has an umbrella so it can be fully shaded - had her own air-conditioned room (and they provided a big pack-n-play/crib) - no breakfast, but just 50 m toward the beach is an amazing breakfast place that we went to every morning (Bridgett’s Ranch - so many animals, wild and domesticated!)

Comprising a garden and barbecue facilities, Green Corner is a recently renovated accommodation in Cahuita located close to Blanca. The house is well equipped and the atmosphere is great if you are looking for a unique (but still comfortable) jungle experience. The national park is just behind the house, monkeys, colobris and other cute animals were regular visitors. It is close to the town, so you can easily find everything you need.

The area is very quiet and just a short walk from the beach. The host was very kind and welcomed us at the entrance. The property is clean, well-organized, and comfortable

Tu casa en la playa is absolutely beautiful! Clean, spacious and has everything you need! It was so comfortable too! You could spot animals outside!

José is an incredible host that will do anything to make you feel at home. It is a quiet place in the jungle, where you will see (and hear :-) ) a lot of monkeys, butterflies and other animals. Perfect for relaxing, reading outside at the porch or by a small stream that is located directly beside the property. There, you can also eat breakfast, if you like. José cooks everything from scratch in his kitchen outside and it will keep you full for a long time. He can also help with recommendations on where to go or other suggestions. The home we stayed in was super clean and it was even decorated with fresh flowers. You will need a car but then it's maybe a 5-10min drive to Cahuita and about 15min to Puerto Viejo, so you have a wide range of beaches and restaurants to explore. We would highly recommend this place, if you are looking for a place to connect to nature, slow down and still feel at home.
