Breakfast is not included, but they provided instant coffee. Location is near to the market and resto. The caretaker Ate is very accommodating and also the owner. The house is big and also the bedrooms. The Ate even showed us the 2nd Floor ancestral house to take a look and picked some Rambutan for us to try.

They even help us look for Lucban Longganisa and delivered to our villa. Plus the free Mangos :)) . If u found negative feedback on google reviews especially those flies etc its a lie (hindi sya malangaw at all)

Location was far enough from the town proper to make it truly quiet and peaceful. Also, the staff were so nice to my chihuahua, I am very grateful for that.
