We were granted Premium service in this accommodation - superb local guide, great Sri Lankan breakfast like in 3 star hotel, also lovely Ceylon tea with milk/fruit drinks for kids during day after our arrival from sightseeing. Owner is a person, who walks that extra mile to make sure, that quests are happy and have everything they need. Splendid job! Took outstanding care of us - speaks fluent English, he is caring and nice person to talk to. We had two kids with us - accommodation is family friendly, with really comfortable bed and sofa. Also from window you can watch chipmunks, gecons and eagles during day. Whole place was spotlessly clean and nicely furnished with amenities provided. Owner provided us with transport from train to accommodation and offered to drive us to local restaurants and trips free of charge with his SUV - that was really nice of him and save us lot of hustle with local tuk tuk drivers. Our last day, he took us to train station and helped with bags, really great guy! He helped us with train ticket reservation and booking and gave us all info we needed. Accommodation is quite enjoyable, far from busy streets of Kandy - you will find shop just under hill to buy food and water, train station close by. Everything is sorted out on WhatsApp app - don't hesitate to contact Praneeth if you need anything. Breakfast was outstanding - 5 different types of fruit, pancakes, deserts, muffins and sweats, Ceylon tea + coffee, Fruit drinks from fresh papaya. I would highly recommend Sri Lankan option as it was really delicious with local taste. One of the best breakfast in our 3 weeks at Sri Lanka. We had really nice time and we would come back if we visit Sri Lanka again.

Very peaceful, in nature and very exquisite. Sandy is great and the cook is really good. Everyone is very friendly! You will get an amazing breakfast with a great view. The room and bed were great and I can totally recommend this place! Very clean place also.

Everything was perfect! The place was clean has a very homey vibe. Host Nalin made our stay more memorable and enjoyable. Our stay at No 06 Veediya Bandara Lane, Bahirawakanda, was absolutely fantastic. Mr. Farid’s (a man with a Big heart), who was exceptionally well-mannered and attentive throughout our stay, hospitality was unparalleled; he went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and convenience, and the property itself was impeccably maintained. We left with nothing but positive impressions and high praise for Mr. Farid’s exceptional service. This experience truly enhanced our visit to Kandy, and we highly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a delightful stay in the area.

Fabulous little piece of history we stayed in an enormous room Rose. Pristine gardens, infinity pool, that was very cold, but with views to die for... The staff were lovely and very attentive. Breakfast was great we only had dinner once and it was also nice. The bungalows are up in the mountains it's a 20 mins tuk tuk drive down to Kandy. So it's good to plan day trips down and stay the whole day if you don't want to be travelling up and down. Beautiful hotel highly recommended if you don't mind paying a little extra.

Susil and his wife are very kind people always willing to help. Breakfast are rich and tasty. House is located 15 minutes from the main road by car. Rooms are spacious and clean. I would definitelly recommend for the tourists who are lookind for calm acommodation.

Our travel group included 5 month old baby to 70 year old adult. Since the villa is constructed over natural stream ( which acted as a susher for my baby) an amazing sleep is well guaranteed. It is surrounded by utter peace and tranquility.The staff especially caretaker Mr. Priyantha took care of all our need. He is a gem of a person. His smile is infectious and cooks such delicious meals.The plunge pool with heating feature is a plus for this place and we had a great time. Villa also has water dispenser, which all breastfeeding mothers would appreciate as it helped me keep myself hydrated. Loved this plac and we had a wonderful time. Only regret, we should have booked this place for atleast one week rather than 3 days. Will definitely return again and will recommend it to friends and families back in India.
