My friends and I stayed in this house for a week, and we can do nothing but highly recommend it. The house is much nicer and fresher in real life than it appears in the pictures! And the host, Alex, might be one of the most understanding, helpful, and caring people we’ve ever met. He was always available to assist and was there for us from start to finish. We would highly recommend Nona’s House to anyone visiting Zakynthos, as it’s close to both Laganas and Zakynthos Town. Highly recommended!

Villa Margaris is located in the best area of the island, Kalamaki, near the airport, entertainment centers and one of the nicest beaches with fine sand. In any case, to access all the beaches on the island, you will need a car, which it is advisable to rent in advance. The owner is a kind person and responds immediately to complaints. The pictures correspond to reality. The air conditioners worked perfectly and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed. I recommend with confidence.

Magnificent experience at a conveniently located hotel, close to the city and to the sea but away from traffic and noise. It was a perfect choice for us, as we are fond of privacy and quiet environment to relax on our vacation. The hotel is built on a small hill, with respect to the environment and is surrounded by olive trees and gardens. Each villa has its own large pool and a nice secluded garden ensuring privacy and a quiet stay. There is barbecue capability for those that want to cook their own dinner. The villas are fully equipped with the necessary kitchenware, refrigerator, cooking facilities, coffee machine, TVs, hair dryer, iron and even a washing machine. They are thoroughly cleaned daily and staff was very polite, friendly and accommodated all our requests. We visited the restaurant and had cocktails, enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the amazing sea view. The food was excellent, the chef prepares Greek and Mediterranean dishes with a modern touch and an international flavor. We were very pleased by our choice and we will definitely visit again.

We absolutely loved our stay in this villa! Everything was perfect!. Every little detail was thought through) the apartments are ideal) beautiful veranda with sea view. The location is universal, cause you can rent a boat near the villa to see all the beauty of the island. Great newly built house, superclean and with great fascilities. The pool was great and clean, and my kids had a lot of fun throughout a day.     The location was very beautiful. It was remote and very quiet. A rental car is needed as shops, beaches and most restaurants require a drive of about 15 minutes. A small and cosy restaurant is in walking distance from the villa. We arrived very late the first day but were still able to take a nice dinner to our villa. The villa is very well maintained and includes a nice swimming pool. Most important was the very welcome and support we had from Nicola and his family. Nothing we asked was too much.

The spacious living area exudes vintage charm, while the highlight is the delightful garden with a pool and BBQ. Just a 5-minute walk from Kalamaki beach, even in the off-season, and close to supermarkets and bars, it offers convenience and relaxation.     Alexander met us at the property to hand over the keys. He also showed us around and offered us all a drink. He took some time to show us a map of Zakynthos and some of the best sites to see. Since the water isn't drinkable, he made sure we had essentials for when we arrived. Alexander was available all the time in case anything went wrong. I would definitely recommend this place for its cozy feel and amazing garden. The house is also nice and secluded, providing great privacy. I will definitely be returning!
