    Lovely cottage in a wonderful location, with views out across th fields. The rooms were beautiful, and the large winbdow in the main room gave a lovely amount of light, and a beautiful view whilst eating dinner. The kitchen area was small, but had everything we needed for cooking dinner and getting breakfast. The cottage was nice and warm, and the beds were comfortable.

    Great location overlooking countryside, very quite. Cosy 5 bed cottage, ample seating for 5 in the lounge area. We only stayed for a weekend so didn't make use of all the appliances. A nice country walk into Helmsley over the fields. Very sunny during are time here, which makes all the difference. Highley recommended.

    Cosy, comfy, clean cottage in a peaceful location. Lovely base for exploring the area. Our second 3 night visit and have left both times wishing we could have stayed longer. Would happily stay again even just for the fresh air and countryside views.

    Very good location and in a nice, quiet country hamlet. The cottage was cosy and warm within a small, secure court yard of other cottages. The cottage was well equipped overall with just some exceptions in the kitchen. A great place to visit lots of English Heritage locations and also walking on the Cleveland Way. Our whippet loved it too!
