Square one condo is situated in a very quiet and decent area and is very close to all amenities.We stayed for a short period, and it was very comfortable and convenient for us. The owner, Mr. Janak Dias and his caretaker are both very helpful . We hope to go there again when we visit Sri Lanka.

Ocean Breeze Condo se nachází v Negombu a nabízí terasu a bar. Kostel sv. Antonína se nachází 6 km daleko a R. Premadasa Stadium 36 km. We rented two studio's with friends and our studio was very nice and new. Our friends'studio however was mucht more bare-bone. hence the rating of 8, a mix of 7 and 9. Location is close to the beach and many restaurants close by. Swimming pool on the roof is a great asset!
