    Attempted to EXTORT extra money in the hundreds after...

    Attempted to EXTORT extra money in the hundreds after reservations were made MONTHS prior to travel date. Reporting to NY State Attorney General for extortion. Very nasty hotel personncalled to cancel and was extremely rude & a terrible representative of Wyndham. Not the first issue we have had with Wyndham recently, will be looking for better more reputable companies.

    Absolutely disgusting hotel and staff very rude.

    Absolutely disgusting hotel and staff very rude. Way overpriced. If anyone is from out of town and doesn’t know the area like myself-stay away! It was the worst night of our whole trip, everything was broken and dirty and the whole building smelled like stale cigarettes and deodorizer, had to leave the windows open just to breathe and woke in the middle of the night smelling smoke from window and it was employee standing under the window smoking,left as soon as possible,very disappointing.

    My husband and I like to stay at the Super 8 on Sheridan...

    My husband and I like to stay at the Super 8 on Sheridan when we come in town to visit our daughter. We've been staying at the motel when we visit ever since 2017. We try to make it out to New York twice a year.
