    Khao Sok National Park is absolutely stunning – with lush jungle, breathtaking scenery, and plenty to do from hiking and canoeing to wildlife spotting and night safaris. An unforgettable experience for nature lovers and adventure seekers. We ate at the lake in beautiful restaurant simple food and then we took canoe ride around.

    The park is huge and amazing! So much to do and see.

    The park is huge and amazing! So much to do and see. What I didn’t like was the entry sign with the discriminatory fees listed. In English, “ Foreigners 200 baht “, then, written in Thai, “ Thai citizens 40 baht “.

    Definitely go to Khao Sok if you love nature.

    Definitely go to Khao Sok if you love nature. It was a once in a lifetime adventure that I'm so glad we did. The park is beautiful and the local guides are so kind. Definitely do a night on the lake if you can. We booked a private tour with Khao Sok Local Guides, which I found on Facebook, and they were great. Canoeing on the Sok River and the longboat wildlife spotting on the lake was my favorite. So peaceful and saw lots of animals. One perk of a private tour is that you can hike much deeper into the jungle on your hikes and can go off the main trails that the groups of 20-40 tourists have to follow. You also learn a lot more because you can hear what the guides are saying (big groups can't). Be forewarned that a moderate hike in the heat is no joke, but stay hydrated and you'll be fine. It's worth it.

    Park is amazing - lake is staggeringly beautiful, the park is full of wildlife and the range of options for activities is very broad - trekking, cooking class, elephant experience, canoeing, etc. It's very big - takes an hour to get from the village to the pier for the lake. But it's worth it!

    Nice scenery, but not as good as advertised.

    Nice scenery, but not as good as advertised. Too many tourists and little chance of seeing wildlife. Too many bars with weed playing Bob Marley all day long. If that's what you are after, great. Also, impossible to get a Grab taxi from the place, you have to pay rip off prices for the local taxis or be lucky and catch the bus that isn't punctual. Maybe better to stay elsewhere and just visit the lake with an organized tour.

    The rooms are basic but clean.

    The rooms are basic but clean. The food was very good and very affordable, but the star is the surrounding jungle which the whole resort is designed to get you close to. Booked a massage for me and my wife which I would not recommend.

    This is an absolutely beautiful stay in Khao Sok. You can rent a scooter there without a problem and go to the national park or the lake within about 45 minutes. Also you can explore the area which is also amazing. The staff is very very friendly and helpful. The organized us a nice boat tour on the lake and also our transport to our next destination to a fair price. We had a great time here and can definitely recommend this stay!

    The tree top hotel is the closest to the National Park entrance and it's walking route for jungle treks. It's situated next to the river and most rooms have a great view. There's a refreshing pool and helpful staff. Khao Sok isn't that big, with Tree top river hotel you are at the end of the main street filled with restaurants/bars. At some point some monkeys came passing by through the resort, a fun experience.

    Good location for the transfer to the Khao Sok national park tours. Breakfast is fine (rice, pancakes, fruit, vegetables and some toast with jam). River bungalow is great next to the river. Don't expect luxury but it's al clean and the view is awesome. The water slide into the river is fantastic. I recommend this resort for families!
