The house is straight out of a fairy tale. The staff were the most hospitable out of the many, many places I have stayed in. The location is surrounded by nature, there are quad bikes you can take out and hammocks to lie in and relax too! If you get a chance to stay here, do yourself a favour and come - 1st to review on booking.com and am beyond happy the gamble paid off. Thank you for the incredible memories guys. Eagle Bay is certainly a retreat from a busy world. Fab villa with a private beach and gorgeous sunsets. The owner is super helpful and the friendly onsite staff always available for any requests. Great value fresh fish available at the local town. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay twice!

Very neat and clean house at 2nd floor of a shoplot. Located in the center of Kudat town, very close to shops and eatery place. The host is very helpful and kind. He provided us with some info on interesting places to go as well as things to do while in Kudat. Definitely will stay here once in Kudat with family again.

Hidden away this was an absolute gem of a place - total luxury in a quote location back from the beach (only 2 min walk). Plenty of space for family of 5, large Ned rooms with fan and AC, clean bathrooms, well appointed kitchen and of course the pool - magical. The on-site team of staff were very attentive, each morning breakfast was prepared for us to order, whilst the pool was cleaned and the garden racked and tidied - couldn’t fault the service.

Located in Kudat, less than 1 km from Bak Bak Beach, 9 huts on a hill provides rooms with air conditioning. At the resort, each room has a balcony.

Very good place in front of the see in small village near to town of Kudat. Very helpful stuff. Host as well as all others. Also very tasty food like lunch and dinner provided (for extra money) The owner Jumaidi was always helpful. He is very friendly. He also helped us to arrange transport to Kinabalu park and he also solved our issue with next hop accommodation we had. I can only recommend if you prefer the homestays on the places like this instead of hotel or luxury residence.

Howard was so passionate and informative, he went above and beyond to make this a great stay for us. Nothing was too much trouble and his family were so welcoming and hospitable. The lodges are a great location in the jungle, but also a 25 minute walk to the beach. It's an interesting but also peaceful environment to spend a few days exploring the area. The beach walk recommend by Howard was amazing, it's like paradise!

Situated on the beachfront in Kudat, Inap Desa Morni has a private beach area and free WiFi. Some units have a dining area and/or a balcony. Guests can enjoy fresh pastries during the Asian breakfast.

I'm very happy I had the chance to stay here; in addition to the breakfast, for an additional 15MR per meal, I get large portions of good food, and the hosting family is very nice. It's a fishing village, so not sure you can get vegetarian options :) The beach is right behind the house, and snorkeling is good. The room is spaceous, and the internet is excellent. They are friends with a place a few minutes walk from here, and I've hung out there from time to time. If you want to shop, need to go to Kudat, which is around 20min by motorized vehicle.
