This charming hotel completely exceeded our expectations. What truly sets it apart is the soul of the place. You can see the love and effort the owners, two wonderful sisters, pour into every detail. They were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, recommending hidden gems of Tuscany and making sure we had everything we needed. One of the most heartwarming things was meeting other guests who have been returning to this hotel for 15, even 30 years! Their love for the place speaks volumes about the experience. We felt so welcome and at home, and we can definitely see ourselves becoming regulars too. We will absolutely be back!

The accommodation is really great, well equipped, beds are comfortable, a beautiful view from the balcony, it is directly on the Way of San Francis and immediately in front of the house there is a special machine where you can have excellent fresh cold water, naturale for free and gassata for10 cents..Laura is very very helpful. There are 3 bedrooms, peace and quite! Don’t hesitate!

A wonderful place!!! A beautiful apartment!!! Everything is modern and new!!! Designed thoughtfully and with great taste!!! It has everything you need!!! Adriano, the host, is always available, attentive, considerate, and helpful with anything you need... The apartment is in a perfect location!! Just 5 minutes from the train station. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants!! Close to shopping centers (including a large supermarket). In short – a fun and enjoyable Italian experience!! The place is absolutely lovely!!! The house is placed in a rural area, at about 45 minutes away of Firenze. It is very clean and has and old atmosphere that we really loved! Samuele, our host, helped us with places to see and was always ready to answer. They have been waiting us with a bottle of home-made olive oil that was really dealicious! The sunsets were magical and on the way to Pontassieve you can admire the hills of the vineyards in this area.
