Wonderful location with views all round. Well kept grounds, pool, restaurant terrace and very well restored buildings. Food very good and generous portions. A very relaxing place to spend all day by the pool but also great base for sightseeing.

The views are stunning and the surroundings are so peaceful. The hosts were incredibly kind and caring, making us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was delicious, made with fresh local ingredients. Lovely place on the Via Di Francesco! The host was super sweet, and the host was super wonderful! The garden is lovely, I arrived early and could sit and read in the garden. Which made a great end of the day.

Everything was perfect! I especially loved the view from the windows, the beautiful garden, and the table by the river — such a peaceful spot. The sound of the flowing water and the birds created a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Anna was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The apartment itself was spacious, charming, and fully equipped with everything I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

    Gricignano is a tiny village, there is no place to go there. It is a quiet place with a beautiful view, just as we were looking for. It is surrounded by historical places; for example Citerna situates just a few minutes away by car and is beautiful.
