Nice and quiet, amazing views around the house, a lot of space, very nice place to spot northern lights! Not a very drive to Vik. We really enjoyed staying there and would always do it again! Be aware that the hottub is amazing BUT needs a lot of effort - at least 3 (ours 5!) hours of constant firing (putting wood in constantly)

we can see northern light here. the house was well equipped and warm. the location was great if you drive yourself. we looking somewhere near Vik, but this house suit to our budget even quite far from vik. from here we manage to visit Fjaðrárgljúfur canyon, Reynisfjara beach and Dyrhólaey light house and arc.

Everything was fine. The hostel is brand new, equiped with all of necessary equipment. I would like to highlight the kitchen, it is so huge and great, that you have even 6 ovens, where you can bake your pizza or watever else you wish to bake. (Baking paper is also provided.)
