The kind and helpful staff went to great lengths to help me when we needed to sort out getting a lost wallet from Scotland. They helped me search for options and then helped me to book another night to sort things through. They were just amazing. The room was a comfortable refuge while we sorted out what to do. I can not praise Mary enough and her place !!! She made sure I could get an early check-in ,helped with wi fi ,taxi, and made sure I was comfortable my whole stay !! The place is spotless clean with everything that you need ,suuuuper comfy bed and within 10 min walk from town centre ! Will be back, and thank you for everything! Best hostess ever ❤️!!!!

Anita contacted us about the arrival time. Since we made a big day trip to Donegal, we did not know when we would finally arrive. It was no problem at all to make arrangements here. We were warmly welcomed and could immediately move into our "Shannon Suite". A lovely room in country house style gave us beautiful hours in the rather remote southern part near Lough Dergs. The breakfast was delicious and Anita took good care of us. We can highly recommend this location to all other travelers.
