We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The apartment had all the amenities we needed—fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, and a nice big balcony to enjoy our morning coffee and rest of the day. The location was perfect - just a short drive from the best beaches in Kassandra. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable vacation. The apartment was simply wonderful! Spotlessly clean, meticulously designed down to the smallest detail and beautifully decorated to create a sense of warmth and comfort. The location was ideal, close to everything you need, but at the same time quiet enough to relax. The host was kind, helpful and welcoming, making us feel at home from the first moment. The villa was spacious and offered a beautiful view, along with a large yard featuring a mandarin tree, swings, and crossbars for the more active guests. It had all the amenities we needed, and everything was clean and comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful—he had left us cold water and beers before our arrival. Most impressively, he helped us recover a forgotten item from a nearby beach bar, a gesture that truly exemplified the warmth and pride of Greek hospitality. Avatel Lodge is the great place to have relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Everything was beautiful and convenient. The room and facilities were clean and nicely set up. We were welcomed by Ms. Yulia, who was so nice, welcoming and helpful, with whatever was needed. Breakfast was great and variety of choices. Nice and cozy walk down to a private beach, with clear water and easy access. Chilling by the pool was also great. Thank you all for welcoming us to your paradise!

Beautiful beaches, great bakeries.

Beautiful beaches, great bakeries. Need a car to visit nearby towns and beaches. Highly recommend Agia Paraskevi Thermal springs. Restaurants are nice, especially for fish. Very relaxing area.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner were very good, the opportunity to choose your desired food. The staff was very friendly, The location is great the beach is about 10 minutes walking from the hotels. The room was not as we had booked it, as it was in the description details of the booking page. After 5 request to change the mattress of the bad, they didn't changed. Car parking is not safe has no security cameras. Our car was damaged, we reported it to the reception, he told us he was sorry, but we do not have security cameras in the parking lot.

Liked: Kriopigi beach, parking (it's useful), restaurant stuff (very helpful) Cons: Long walk towards the beach, old furniture in the main building, quite a crowdy road right in front of the hotel, no animation for guests, weird access to the pool from the main build (especially when restaurant is closed)

Favorite restaurant - Anthoulas Restaurant Favorite beaches: - Kriopigi beach (Aktaion) and Agora Beach - I my opinion these are finest beaches I saw on Kassandra peninsula and are the reason I came to Kriopigi. Other than that, there is nothing spectacular in Kriopigi. It is just an ordinary small town in Greece. Hotel - Mirabilla Boutique Hotel - I stayed there and it was a pleasant experience. Stay away from Bistro Restaurant - They will charge you with food and drink that you have not consumed, especially if you are a larger group from another country. The bill comes handwritten in incomprehensible Greek. They will steal you with a smile on their face and a false hospitality

We were this summer at Avatel Hotel and what I really liked were the Personal. They helped and served us very nice specially Julia who was always for everything very helpful. Its private and clean. The restaurant prepares nice food and bring it to you if you choose to eat in your room, balkony or garden. The private beach will be renewed this summer but anyway being alone or with few people makes it great. The water is incrediable clean. We really enjoy our vacation.

We stayed in the apartment for 4 nights as a family of five and had an amazing time. The place is super spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was very helpful, friendly and always available, he even left us some tasty surprises when we arrived. The location is great — right in the center of Kriopigi, just a short walk to the main street with lots of shops and restaurants.
