Wear Giffard is a very small village, with a small pub.
Wear Giffard is a very small village, with a small pub. The nearest big town, Bideford, 5 miles away, was very good, big supermarket names and also lots of little shops and cafes. Also Just Eat was on offer. Plenty of parking but expensive. River is tidal, and so most of the time there is just mud banks, so not nice to launch kayaks from.
