Pretty much everything! Location, clean room (although carpet was a bit damaged, but clean) Loved the fact that they gave us two dog bowls with treats and two dog blankets- very nice touch. Additional charge for dogs was reasonable. Great places around the hotel to walk your fur-babies. Very close to the motorway but also very quiet. Fantastic coffee and tea facilities in the room. The receptionist was super nice and helpful! Did not use the restaurant but read some really good reviews.

Great location, only a short walk to the train station. Staff were super friendly. I messaged to request a possible earlier check in and they were very accommodating and sorted me out immediately. When I got to the room I had an issue with the door of the bathroom, which they immediately fixed with a new room. Very happy with the service! The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The shower was great. The overall experience was very enjoyable and comfortable.

Very kind owners, they answered all the questions I had. The apartment is beautiful and very clean, it has all the commodities and the feeling one would expect from home. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee machine, plenty of high quality pots and pans, water kettle, fridge with a freezer compartment, cutlery, dishes and glasses. Nice bathroom with a beautiful shower, comfy beds, plenty of storage for clothes, and an ironing board. Really nothing to complain about! I'll definitely choose this option again if I had to come here around again.

    The Zollverein Mine, Unesco Heritage, worths the visit. I was there on business, but I had a great time visiting the several parks built where once there were mines or steel usines. It is a diverse city, very green. Not the very turistical place, though.
