As absurd as it may sound for a hotel in Switzerland, the owner had forgotten about our reservation! Even though we had explicitly informed him about our arrival time! We waited a long time to be accommodated in our room. VILLA TAEGERMOOS is literally on the border between Germany and Switzerland. But it is still in Switzerland.
