    I liked that the beach was close, that there was an elevator...

    I liked that the beach was close, that there was an elevator in the hotel and the apartment we stayed in was fairly clean. It had a fully equipped but small kitchen. The sea is great. There are no big waves and no rocks - ideal for kids. There's plenty of space on the beach for a personal umbrella and towel. I didn't like that the beach was not being cleaned, there are no toilets or showers on the beach (thank god the hotel was very close). The elevator was very dirty. Also on the beach people would occupy the chairs and umbrellas by tying things to them like towels and no-one would clear this up even if there was a written rule that it's forbidden to do so.

    No beach at the hotel at all!

    No beach at the hotel at all!You find a dirty beach in 500 m but you cant use it because nobody Look after this beach .It leave to die and a lot of mess!The staff in restaurant dont Smile and dont help you.Aqua Park is a totaly mess.Is not working only half part.Nobody clean the room,nobody change the towel.Pools are with cold water No warm at all and the spa is not working !The rooms are beautiful but the facility it doesnt exist!

    i like the decor the best. the worst thing was the food.

    i like the decor the best. the worst thing was the food. Rabbit, chicken wings and fish fingers are not my idea of main course. lack of maintenence and staff very apparent. theres nothing else there tbh. no variety of shops ect.

    Very nice Hotel near to the Beach (50-100m). The view from the Balkon was so beautiful on the seaside, every morning we had Breakfast on Balkon. There was a big swimmimg pool caa 1.2 m deep with smaller one 0.5m deep. It was the best choice for this price. Advantages: ✓ Clean rooms ✓ Nice hotel with nice reception ✓ Near to the Beach ✓ Near to the shops ✓ Big parking place ( cca 12 Leva per day) ✓ Beautiful view from the Balkony ✓ Not overcrowded Beach ✓ The best price

    I came on 2018 and was amazing experience in that hotel , everything was new and modern and now everything is the opposite unfortunately and lack many things were in that price range , no wifi , no private beach , inside pool was dirty and cold and most of the facilities not working there in the Spa center .

    This is not a 4★ hotel. No hot water, broken balcony door, and the balcony was filthy with bird droppings. The food was terrible and even made me sick on the first night. Cleanliness and service were unacceptable – I would never come back and strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

    Because the villas were closed the moved us to the royal palace hotel. The only good things about the hotel were the restaurant and the rooms the room and the staff was helpful and nice.
