Very nice and white sandy beaches ⛱️ nearby. The local people are very nice. The is local fish celebrations and market, dancing, with the locals on Friday and Saturdays..love local people and streets and many other hotels near by on route. Beautiful 💖 weather, the sea breeze was lovely 😍 The town is colourful including the transport buses 🚌 and taxis going into town or airport 🛫 Local area has natural local people sell their own produce, foods and market stall inside the Oistins Town area..there is supermarkets KFC, Chefette and petrol station, fish markets, lots of restaurants cooked food to buy..beautiful atmosphere and im definitely confirm my time was amazing. I am definitely coming back to Christchurch Barbados 🇧🇧 and I can't wait..oh yes the Miami Beach is amazing going to swim out in the sea..water level is chest high from a far distance from shore sandy area..lovely weather all day and night...lots of hotels nearby too. Christchurch is an excellent location within Barbados with a mix of lively bars, activities, food and options for travel around the island. I would suggest it is the best base for a first timer to Barbados, as you can get involved with the low and high ends of Barbados depending on which you enjoy. Could have had more time but a 9 day stay provided a wonderful taste as we visited multiple beaches and dined at multiple fine Restaurants on West Coast, explored the island further to the Monkey preserve and on to Round House on east coast. Fantastic apartment with everything in it which one possibly needs. And the view from the balcony is amazing/ stunning. You can see the turtles and other fishes swim by! Couldn’t get enough of it! You can open the doors all the way thereby you create a huge balcony/ living room. No need of a car even though there is a private parking space for the apartment. Bus stops right in front of the house at the main road. It’s B$ 3,50 pp to Bridgetown. Supermarket 5 minute walk, the one across the street is closed down. St. Lawrence Gap in walking distance as well. Food court across the street behind the gas station. Great communication with Trudi before and during our stay. She also arranged pick up from the airport for us. Really only negative remark: Some nights you can hear the bar in the neighborhood VERY much. Lovely hotel, with all rooms overlooking the sea, a few yards away. Our room was spacious, clean, extremely well kept, light and comfortable. Location is fantastic for beaches, restaurants and bars - loved walking along the Gap. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout - had a minor maintenance issue, resolved promptly.
