    Best little holiday town in Tassie.

    Best little holiday town in Tassie. Friendly, happy welcoming vibe. And of course the mountain biking is excellent. Nice cafes. Hire facilities. Shuttle to top of mountains. Best little pub too - the Dorset.

    This farmhouse is fabulous if you like being away from it...

    This farmhouse is fabulous if you like being away from it all. A short drive into two towns with food and other facilities. The house has everything you need however the double bed was a little short for my tall husband.

    We loved every second of our stay. Seven of us came to Derby for some Mountain Biking and the Barn is the best location, right at the trail head. The barn has 3 toilets, 2 showers and plenty of room for everyone. Its was clean, comfy and as mentioned before, the location is perfect. Views from the deck was amazing and it has an awesome fireplace and everything else we needed. Enough room for all the bikes inside with charging facilities if you have an E-bike. I will 110% stay here again when we return to Derby! Thanks for everything!

    Really love the loft unit and enjoyed our stay. Well equipped kitchen and good WiFi. Enjoyed easy walk through the beautiful town of Derby. Welcome beers is a bonus and made my day immediately after checked in after a long drive from St Helens.... Super easy check in and check out.

    Great location to the Derby Mountain bike trails. Our daughter loved saying hello to the dairy cows that walked past each morning. It was a farmhouse with no neighbours nearby. The house was massive with wide hallways and big rooms. Picture perfect sunsets

    Incredibly clean room, amazing shared bathroom facilities, friendly staff and locals. I sat in the bar for most of the night chatting to the staff and locals. I would definitely recommend staying at the Dorset Hotel.
