It felt peaceful and private, yet also safe! We loved the butterflies in front of our cabin and we liked all the greenery. The kitchen was perfect and I loved having two lounge areas (eating and sitting). Staff was very friendly!

This is one of my favorite lodgings during my long travels through Central America. The hosts were exceptional, the meals exquisite, and the space wonderful. The nature surrounding the lodge was an amazing respite from the busy cities. Waking to the sound of howler monkeys and the waves along the shores of Lake Cocibolca was magical.

The property is beautifully located in a real jungle, surrounded by a tropical garden. It’s an oasis to chill and a great place to spot animals. Right there we saw monkeys, giant toads and much more! It’s family owned and the wife of the owner prepared us delicious breakfasts and dinners. They have fruit in their garden for your smoothies, pineapple, papaya, oranges and bananas. Even pancakes were served with real honey not some fake maple sirop. Super recommended!

La Bambouseraie se nachází v destinaci Balgue a má restauraci, sdílenou kuchyň, bar, zahradu, terasu a výhled do zahrady. This place was very clean to be outdoors you do have a few bugs but nothing crazy. The view from your room is incredible! My partner and I loved this place and would definitely return.
