Amazing and stylish design inside and out, this 3 level property was so fresh and clean in a classic Santorini whitewashed style, with a superb level of service every moment of our stay. Our private plunge pool that was cleaned each morning before we were up, and a luxurious breakfast delivered to our door every morning at the time of our choosing. The hosts Zoi and Kosta were amazing, so friendly and their recommendations for places to eat and visit outside the tourist areas were so helpful. They even booked our Caldera cruise and several restaurants for us. We loved the location as it was away from the touristy centre of Fira on the East side of the island, so it’s essential to have a car to get around where the property is located. So private and peaceful with only 4 villas on site. Super comfy beds, huge walk-in showers and seemingly endless new fluffy towels refreshed every day. Coffee pod machine, and bottled water, milk, fruit and wine all supplied daily in the fridge! We were blown away with the super attentive and constant level of service and felt very pampered!

The house is great with everything you might need during your holidays. There are two spacious rooms, with great mattresses, a kitchen and bathroom fully equipped. The place is really nice decorated in an island style which we loved it. There is a beautiful yard at the front where you can enjoy your breakfast or nights. Also the house although is 5 min by car from Paroikia, is very calm so you can enjoy your holidays with calmness..Nearby you can find a big supermarket and some other groceries stores. It's highly recommended for families.

The moment we stepped onto the property, we were greeted by the soothing scents of blooming flowers and the sight of lush, wild gardens—nature at its most beautiful and unpretentious. Our hosts were absolutely wonderful—warm, respectful, and full of great recommendations. They took the time to share their knowledge of the island and genuinely enjoyed exchanging stories about life and travel. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. The veranda was just as stunning as the photos promised (if not more!), but the real star was the garden. Bursting with vibrant flowers, fragrant herbs, and even fruit trees, it felt like wandering through a hidden Eden. And at night? Pure magic. The sky was a glittering canvas of stars, with shooting stars streaking across every few minutes (yes, we counted—along with a few satellites for fun!). Please have breakfast on the veranda! The hosts prepare everything fresh—local bread, jams, yogurt, and more—making it the perfect way to start the day in paradise. If you're looking for a peaceful escape from city life, Xerolithos is the place. First and foremost, you will not find better organisation and service in all of Greece. They set a standard that would elevate the industry in this country if it could be replicated. Truly 5 star. 50 times better than our stay and experience in Oia where we felt overlooked at most times. The place is as beautiful as the photos, but the scenery and backdrop cannot be captured by camera. It never wears off or dulls. For our 2 nights we were constantly in awe of the world around us. Truly a lifetime experience. I left very moved and affected by my time here. The location is something that I hope will never leave my dreams.
