The hotel looks well taken care of and neat and clean. The rooms are well furnished and the bathroom was fine. It has a bar/restaurant were we ate several times and food was always plentiful and good. It's well organized and the staff is the most friendly and helpful at all times. Whenever we had a question or request they would find a solution and help immediately. We got extra service from the shuttle as it was rather far from the shops, it was given to us for free.

Super staff and the Manager went out of his way to make us feel at home. From accommodation to boat rides and having breakfast overlooking the Okavango River was just so special. Wil return without Aa doubt. And then, spotting the Pels Fishing Owl again just put the Cherry of the top
