Located in Batukaras and with Batukaras Beach reachable within 60 metres, BK Homestay, Batukaras provides concierge services, rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and massage services. It's just more than my expectations! The room has just been renovated so everything is new and clean. Walking distance to the surf spot, you can even see the beach from the balcony. The cafe is just on the first floor. The owner is friendly, he will give you any information you need. If there is a mirror that would be great. No toiletry provided but you can buy at the local shops nearby.

There is no laundry room in here but we can ask the hotel to help us do the laundry and pay IDR 20.000/kg. There is Indom*ret near the hotel. There is microwave in communal area. The bed is big enough for 2 adults and 1 kid but the blanket is a little bit thin and small. There is a gadget in the room and we can play music thru our phone (use bluetooth to access the speaker)

I like the location, just in the middle of anywhere I wanted to go. The room is very small just exactly as it shown on the picture, but it is clean enough. The mattress is comfortable, AC works well and the showers works well too.
