The live in staff did an amazing job with cleaning and scheduling it to align with my schedule. All parts of the reservation is communicated, illustrated (on property images, and supported. The staff member came out her room instantly and took my luggage to my door! They also have luggage storage for pre/post check in. I enjoy it being tucked off a Main Street, nice and quiet! Nothing but positive things to say. Oh lastly I had a package come during a cleaning, and was able to coordinate payment/retrieval with no issues.

Best thing about this place is the service of the staff and the location! The main temples are across the street and within 15mins walk. So many eateries so you're spoiled for choice and the night market is so close. The breakfast was so charming, from eating out everyday, it really felt like home cooked meal cooked with care. There is a restaurant in front of the house that is super convenient. I would also recommend you take the tours that staff can organise you. We took the boat cruise and wish we took the longer boat cruise. Please don't miss doing this as its a great way to experience the temples at dusk. The staff organise everything so it is way cheaper and more exclusive since you have the boat all to yourself! There was a lot of travelling so the staff helped us organise a Van to get back to Bangkok. Would definitely stay here again.

The host Su welcomed returning guests with a cold drink which was very appreciated, given the warm weather.

The staff are very attentive, but only when they understand you so rhe Restaurant is letdown by the lack of English speakers so the wrong thing turns up Regularly at breakfast The breakfast offered however is fabulous and beautifully presented …once they understand what you want and that is a challenge. The design of the restaurant like the rest of the hotel is beautiful and it has a wonderful spot overlooking the river. Dinner, is expensive and it certainly not the best food in the area but you would need to take a taxi or have a hire car to go anywhere else as the hotel is literally a tiny island in the middle of a confluence of two very gentle rivers …. which is rather wonderful when you stay here We hired a car to get anywhere but the one occasion when I took a taxi I spent 30 minutes going in a circle on a magical round trip because the directions that I had given to Reception were not conveyed correctly to the taxi driver who spoke no English and could not read Thai. I never reached my destination and had to return to the hotel Again misunderstanding of English was a recurrent theme at this hotel I recommend if you stay here to download the LINE app and request anything you want in writing on the line app as that seemed to have a better result, but of course you can’t use that in the hotel restaurant This is nothing to take away from the intention of the staff to help you as much as possible, but it’s just difficult when they don’t understand anything you’re saying and they don’t tell you when they don’t understand you. I did use Google translate so that they could read it in Thai, but I think some of the staff can’t read in Thai so that doesn’t really help either. The response from Reception when using the LINE app was exceptionally good 👏👏👏 Diana in particular at Reception should be highly praised and the owners of this hotel are lucky to have her

We got lost at midnight, and she came to the rescue without the slightest sign of annoyance. We asked for eggs at breakfast, and the next morning, we got it. Great people!

Greate location for the tempels,bunglows set in a love quiet garden, nice bungalow with kettle and coffee frim bed that I like ,nice out side space large balcony ,lovely friendly owner ,definitely recommend you to stay here.,we rented a scooter at the train station only 200b a day to get around

She gave me a lot of information and tried to save me money where she could. She was very sweet and thoughtful! The room is just as pictured, very spacious, and the AC was definitely working well! The bed is the standard firm you expect in Thailand, but there was a nice cushion layer on top to take the edge off.
