I didn’t believe it when Bret said we would be seeing so many delightful and diverse birds right out the windows but there was a constant visiting of hummingbirds and other rare sightings.

Set in Valle de Anton, Valle Luna offers accommodation with seating area. This property offers access to a patio and free private parking. Everything! The room was HUGE. The bathroom had plenty of counter space. The shower had hot water, which was wonderful considering our last place didn’t. The home is beautiful, with a very large dining table. There’s an outdoor area, too. We didn’t really make use of it, but it was nice. It was a block from the main street and a short walk to laundry. Laura and Sergio were so friendly and accommodating. They told us how to get to a trail we wanted to hike, and where to see the best view of the sunset. They gave us recommendations for restaurants, too. We even had a great game of Dutch Blitz with Sergio (he won…beginner’s luck 😉😆). The breeze coming through the windows was so refreshing. We appreciated the use of the main area and the fridge. There were other guests there but we didn’t really see or hear them. It was very quiet and serene. The grounds are very pretty, and you can’t beat the setting, with mountains all around. It was a great stay! I would definitely stay here again. 100%. Valle de Anton is my favourite place so far.

Very friendly hosts, very nice place for relaxing, very quiet with a lot of flowers in the garden. I enjoyed sitting in a shade watching and listening to the birds and wind in the bushes.

Situated in Río Hato, a few steps from Santa Clara Beach, Bed & Breakfast T.T provides air-conditioned accommodation and a garden. Very very friendly couple. They even upgraded my room! The breakfast was perfect! Lovely place near the beach.
