Our concierge team, Mathilde and Kevin were exceptional and handled every single excursion, dinner and beach club reservations along with transport whenever we needed it, even arranging deliveries to our door. Transport was very easy. Mathilde and Kevin were so friendly, always available to answer our questions and incredibly responsive. They made this experience feel like a private oasis. We will absolutely work with them for all future trips to the island and highly recommend Mathilde & Kevin at CondoStMaarten by the Sea!

Right on the beach, easy to walk to several great restaurants (the best of St Martin!) and bars. We had a room with seaview, I would definitely recommend that. Falling asleep with the sound of the waves :-) The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has no parking facility of its own but it’s easy to park on the street or at a paid parking service around the corner. The bed is very comfortable, it’s clean, and very cosy. We will return here for sure.

You can walk to almost everything needed, including small grocery store (decent prices), eating and drinking establishments - either in the Oriental Bay "village" or along beach adjacent. Sebastien, as manager/host, was receptive and friendly to accommodate a request without a second thought. The pool was nice/clear. Low-season stay; Oriental Bay was quiet and peaceful with just enough going on to be interesting.
