Everything was on a very high level. We can only recommend for anyone who wish to spend time in a quiet nature of Latgale.

It offers both the ability to sleep in a cozy little room upstairs, and a couch downstairs for when the nights got a bit hot. On top of that the owner was wonderful.

We loved absolutely everything about it : the house itself is so comfortable and full of history, the nature that surrounds it and all the lovely areas set up to enjoy it are so peaceful and outstandingly beautiful, black banya is an unforgettable experience, the town is quiet but with everything one might need and so many things to explore. This place is heaven for anyone who would like to slow down and enjoy what really matters: peace and quiet, natural beauty and good company. We had the warmest welcome, Alvis was so thoughtful and always made sure we were comfortable and never had to worry about anything. I am truly grateful for his kindness and hospitality! I wish we had stayed longer, but I have a feeling it's not the last time we visited this place :)

We rented the sauna with the hot tub — everything was top-notch. The place has all you need for a comfortable stay. The views of the lake in the evening are absolutely stunning, and you can enjoy them right from the hot tub. It’s peaceful and secluded, perfect for unwinding. There’s also a nice BBQ area. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and cozy getaway.

Con vista sul giardino, Zvaigznītes mette a disposizione un alloggio con patio e bollitore elettrico, a circa 3,3 km da Basilica di Aglona. Location is excellent, close to the Aglona basilica. The exterior is picturesque, on a lakeside. The place is a summer house (a cabin), compact, but really nice and comfortable, except beds.

A 13 km da Aglona Bread Museum, Pirts "Spārītes" prevede un alloggio a Geraņimova con sauna. Place was great, everything was there for a nice stay. Liked the porch and that there was a trail to the lake. Also there was a free boat to take for a ride in a lake nearby.

Very kind hosts. Always remember that you are going out of town and there may be some small inconveniences, but definitely nothing major. Con vista sul lago, "Čiekuri" prevede un alloggio dotato di attrezzature per sport acquatici e balcone, a circa 4 km da Aglona Bread Museum. A wonderful remote place to stay. Where you can enjoy nature, sauna, each other, and nothing else (if this is what you were looking for - you wont need anything else). All the facilities are there and exactly as you'd expect them to be. The hosts know to greet you and then to leave you alone completely until you check out. Bring all your own things (food, drinks, etc) because there is nothing around... Mobile phone (internet) coverage is surprisingly good.
