The beds were comfortable, pedestal fans are provided and theres filtered water to refill your water bottles for a small fee and to help lessen the use of plastic. Beach is a 5 minute walk at the end of the lane which was my highlight!

Both Sudak and Mathu are really nice guys who speak English very good as well. They can tell you a lot about any Sri Lankan things you want to know and arranged a lot of stuff we requested; breakfast, diner, scooter renting, sending a package over to Holland, a TukTuk when we needed one really early in the morning (we did not want to risk PickMe not being available, we were visiting a wedding). The rooms are clean and have all facilities you need. Nice addition is they have a swimming pool which is really nice on hot Sri Lankan days. Definitely recommend this place! 👌

Great property...Great host.... one of the best place to stay in Jaffna.. One con is there is no AC, still the house was cool.

Absolutely lovely stay at Munril Guest! The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with both air conditioning and a fan. The villa itself is beautiful, with a peaceful and green setting just a few minutes by tuk-tuk from the city center, a perfect balance of quiet and convenience. The facilities are excellent, but what really stands out is the incredible friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts. They even offered free rides to local sights, which was a wonderful bonus. Breakfast was also delicious and well-prepared. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jaffna!

This is an exceptional place where you can truly escape the hustle and bustle of every day life, where you are lulled to sleep at night the sound of waves. The eco-conscious huts are exceptionally well made and comfortable. Staff are universally friendly and helpful and the food is delicious. Do not miss the cuttlefish curry which is to die for. The very friendly owner went out of his way to help me plan my days in Jaffna. Highly recommended

We had delicious dinner and breakfast, cooked by the host family, and enjoyed the shower under the tree! If you love nature, don't miss this little, rustic paradise!

Lone Star Residence is newly built and furnished to exceptionally high standards. It is an inviting, spacious, hospitable place to stay with excellent facilities - kitchen especially but in truth, all rooms. Location - 15 mins taxi Palaly Int Airport; 5 mins drive Inuvil railway station; 10/15 mins drive Jaffna; 5 mins drive Chunnakam. The actual physical location is attractive in its serenity. Its located in a quiet lane on Manipay Road overlooking agricultural land owned/rented by smallholders. Noise and external interference is absolutely minimal.
