I and 5 of my friends stayed at the property for our trip to Pondicherry, right when we checked in and till the day we left, the host always made sure we were all comfortable! The apartment felt nothing short of home, and all of us were extremely relaxed there. The apartment was really clean and with really great interiors, which is why it felt like home. The property is also close to the Rock Beach, taking only around 10 minutes by bike. And we could also spend some time with Nikki, the little bundle of cuteness (we were welcomed by her on the first day!), although we couldn't say goodbye to her when we left. Will recommend Ruby Villa to anyone visiting Pondicherry! A great thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable!

This hostel was a great find! Ronak and Kavya have created this safe, chill and cool space where you can see how much care they have put into it and how much they love hosting. Just like you, they are travellers and know what guests look for. They definitely made our stay in Pondy a lot better. We came to this hostel because we wanted to meet people and enjoy Pondicherry, and that is exactly what we got. Everyone was so friendly and respectful, and the vibes were on point. We made our temporary gang to explore Pondy during the day and every night we would come back to chill at the rooftop, have some drinks and play boardgames with Ronak and Kavya until late. Rooms and common areas were spotlessly clean. Super comfy beds with a fan, power point and fan plus locked storage per person. They also have a kitchen providing great food and drinks, and you can comfortably rent a scooter from them for the standard rate. We wish all the best to Ronak and Kavya in their adventures and will definitely stay with them next time!

He had plenty of good ideas and really worked hard to make my stay great, even after I left. And he took me to a temple that was having a special celebration, which was awesome! Really nice rooftop view.

The homestay is just in a perfect location. Local area with busy streets but quiet and safe. Still in walking distance to main attractions of Pondi. The beds and bathrooms are really clean and the curtains in the dorm give privacy. The manager is just wonderful. She knows all the surrounding and can help with tips about restaurants, transport, tourist information and always has a smile on her face. Really lovely little place in town!

I had an incredible stay at Ostel In, Auroville! The hostel was spotless, spacious, and had stunning areas overlooking the ocean, where you could relax to the sound of waves. The location was ideal—just 15-20 minutes from both Pondicherry and Auroville cafes and Matrimandir with scooties available right at the hostel gate. The managers, Dinesh, Diya, and Anil, were exceptionally warm, welcoming and attentive, offering great recommendations and organizing fun games and activities. The food service was very prompt with healthy and tasty options. The crowd was interesting and engaging, making my solo travel experience even more memorable.

I stayed here with my family (2 adults and 2 kids), and it was a great experience! It’s a really good budget-friendly hotel — the rooms were super clean, well-maintained, and just perfect for a comfortable stay. The receptionist was really helpful and answered all our questions without any hassle. The location is right in the heart of the city, and the room rates are very affordable. We also had a balcony room, which was a nice bonus! The bathrooms were especially clean and well looked after — a big plus for us. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a simple, pleasant, and hassle-free stay. Great job to the team!

The property is an old mansion fully renovated to its old Glory...The heritage design is very impressive and it is a luxury stay guaranteed...I was very comfortable with family, my wife and two teenaged daughters. Ofcourse privacy being most important ...we felt at home and enjoy the room and pool. The staff was very courteous including the Security. The location is also really close to White town with many restuarants and beach in the vicinity.
