We stayed here this year and absolutely loved it. The views are amazing, and the unique way of accessing the property makes it feel really special. We hired both apartments together which worked perfectly, and the outdoor space was a real highlight. Everything was comfortable, clean, and those views down to the port were just stunning. The only thing that could make it even better would be slightly improved outdoor furniture and a few more amenities to make full use of the outdoor kitchen.

There are 2 bedrooms (1x double bed and balcony overlooking the monastery, 1x double bed and 1x single bed on a mezzanine level) and more sleeping options in the lounge downstairs. There are also 2 bathrooms which makes this home suitable for 2x couples or a family group. Multiple tvs, air con and kitchen appliances all very new and good communication with host.

This was an excellent base for exploring Nisyros from, and it's just a few minutes from the main square. We loved the well restored whitewashed apartment, it was actually larger than we were expecting. Plenty of cooking equipment in the kitchen and the owners were very helpful people. Very good value indeed. We counted 14 unused electric sockets!

Nikia is a beautiful village especially off season and the location of the studio is wonderful and the views from the roof spectacular. The space is big and clean and the location is great if you want to hike down to the caldera before the tour buses arrive at 11qm.
