The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The highlight for us was the spacious room with a beautiful balcony — a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Borjomi!

The staff were very friendly. They recommended a local restaurant and were welcoming of our dog. They were also happy to reconfigure the beds to meet our needs. The room was warm, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a small kitchen area equipped with a kettle, microwave, and sink. The location was only a block from the edge of town and fields that looked out across a lake and some mountains. Also within walking distance is the memorial to the Armenian genocide (worth the short walk).

The host met us personally and kindly offered to help with our luggage. It was great that we could park our car freely. The apartment had everything we needed, and it was comfortable even for four people. The WiFi was stable, which was very important for us. We left the car and walked to the city center in about 15–20 minutes.
