The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices, and we had a delicious lunch upon arrival. Our room had recently been refitted (great air-con) and included a small balcony, perfect to soak in the heart of the city atmosphere, yet not noisy at night. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond—one even printed a four-page guide of restaurant recommendations to help us find the perfect spot for a special birthday dinner. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. A big thank you to the entire team!

The rooms were really clean, everything was new and the staff were excellent. They helped me with everything I needed and always replied to my WhatsApps. Thank you Judith and Jean :) . Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. What a great find. Very friendly welcome, informative and had so much to offer. Extremely excellent value and have already recommended the hotel to friends. I will also be back!

We had a great stay. Opted for the largest room while booking, the room size was generous, with plenty of space. The sunrise views from the balcony were the highlight of our stay. The room was clean, comfortable bed, a nice sofa. One small complaint is the bathroom floor is slippery when wet. Be careful. I had a few close calls... Breakfast was nice, with plenty of options in buffet and ala carte. Friendly staff, helpful. Parking is paid, but secured by locked fence door and cameras.

I stayed here during a cycling trip and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel is very cyclist-friendly, with a secure car park for guest that has a secure bike rack and a welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to relax after a day on the bike. It’s in a great location too—right in Olot, with easy access to local restaurants and just a short ride to some fantastic routes in the surrounding area. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and truly went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and well looked after. It’s that kind of service that really makes a stay memorable :) Highly recommended, especially if you’re travelling with your bike!
