Both the hotel and hostel have wonderful grounds that you’re happy to return to after busy days, and while it’s an approximate 10min walk from center, I felt very safe and didn’t mind it one bit. Andrea is so great, infinitely kind and helpful. I enjoyed the pool, I looooved my room.

We were welcomed by a friendly smile and our room was great! Bed was comfortable, hot water was perfect, and the inclusion of a small fridge and kettle were very helpful with saving a bit of money on breakfasts. Location is great - easy walk to the docks and close by to Concha for snorkelling. They offer all the most popular Isabela tours, and the prices they quoted us were much better than what we’d already pre-paid on Santa Cruz. Would recommend and will definitely be back!

An extraordinary place to stay, Sophia is the best host I met in quite a while. The room is huge, clean, comfortable. At checkout I could even keep the room some longer because I had the ferry to Isabela at 3PM. Great service!

My room was large, the bed comfortable and I had a private ensuite bathroom with a warm shower. The kitchen had everything I needed including a large stove. Drinking water is supplied. Alexita did my washing which was way more than I expected. There was also complementary snorkelling gear when I was there. It is in a very quiet location and only a short walk into town. I walked from the airport as the taxi driver quoted US$50 for a 5 minute ride (it should only be a few dollars) - so ask before getting in. It took me 30 minutes and it is a flat easy walk except the last 5 or so minutes which is up a not very steep hill. An option is to walk into the town (5-10 mins) from the airport and then flag a taxi and ask the price. I was able to walk to all the nearby beaches. Alexita also organised my ferry tickets to other islands. A truly memorable stay.

I stayed there for 9 nights very recently. There are three reasons why I rate this hostal so highly. Firstly, comfort. I had a full one bedroom apartment with all amenities. The unit is bright, very high ceilings, excellent AC, full kitchen, clean and has great Galápagos character. Secondly, value. This is incredible value! Thirdly and most of all, the hosts - they are such a charming and real couple. Anita and her husband Danielle are the real deal. They are most gracious. Thank you guys.

We had a wonderful stay! From a warm welcome with lots of tipps for trips, tours, restaurants etc. by the host-family to large beautiful rooms, everything was perfect. Would for sure stay here again!
