There are always very small groups of people, and at times it feels like you have the island all to yourself. The boat ride was conducted with great professionalism and care, which I deeply appreciated, especially as I was traveling with my senior parents. This level of responsibility is rare, based on my past experiences visiting neighboring islands and resorts. But above all, the customer service was OUTSTANDING . GRACIAS to every crew member, and a special shout out to Jeison, he went above and beyond to help us celebrate my husband’s birthday.

We spent a whole week there and didn’t want to leave. The place is beautiful and well kept up. The pool was refreshing, with comfortable loungers. Judith, the cook and housekeeper provided excellent service and delicious food and cocktails. We had the big room on the second floor with the spacious private deck and loungers.

The excursions are well worth it - we swam in the mangroves to see the phosphorescent plankton and did the private snorkelling and beach trip with Diego. We booked for one night, and loved it so much, we stayed for 3. We’ve travelled all over the world staying in all sorts of accommodation, including luxury hotels, and this stay will be one of our highlights.
