The property is non-smoking and is set 300 metres from Puerto Natales Main Square. We stayed here for a night before and after the w-trek in Torres del Paine. We were met by Cristian upon arrival and had an efficient check in. His place has a great location in the city close to nice restaurants (5 min) and walkable to the bus terminal (20 min) Cristian and his family were extremely welcoming and friendly, the breakfast is great and they prepare it based on when it suits you :) Bed was comfortable and we had warm showers We were also able to leave our big bags here while on the trek, which was HUGELY appreciated!!

She prepared a to-go breakfast for us when we went to see the penguins along with preparing a delicious hot breakfast for us on the other days of our trip. The beds were comfy and overall the hostal was very clean. The location is good and close to the center of town. Overall, loved this place and would definitely stay here again.
