The staff, the environment, the building, the rooms, the restaurant. If you decide to go here it is worth trying to book one of the restaurants in the train carriage. We went to 1928 and it was fantastic. The rooms are really lovely with great views of the Pyrenees. The bathroom was excellent with all the facilities you could need. Breakfast was great with a buffet but also items you could order from a menu as well. Amazing stay.

One can make toast and coffee in the lounge area in the morning, which is a very nice touch. No reception, but the staff I was chatting with was very nice.

Owners do not speak English, however with body language communication becomes easier 😄 amazing view from the room. Location is great for those ones who love hiking.
