The cabin was in a beautifully remote spot, off the grid that allowed for zero distractions. The bed was perfect, not only the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in but was fitted with an array of blankets that ensured that you didn’t want for more. The view was gorgeous and we visited Galbally village that held everything we needed for our stay. The board games provided were a godsend on a rainy night in. We stayed for five nights as we were attending a family wedding nearby and we absolutely loved our stay. Staff could not have been friendly or more helpful and the location was magnificent and it was handy to get into Tipp town for essentials. The lodge had plenty of space and spectacular views and was comfy and cosy. It was great value for money. Lodges Probably need some minor aesthetic touch ups in places but nothing major. The bar in the main hotel was really lovely and welcoming and well kept. We loved our time here and would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our shortstay at Shadowvale, the room was very comfortable and and our host welcoming and the breakfast was great. Excellent loctaion within the Glen of Aherlow and easy access to Cahir with it's pubs and restaurants.

Beautiful cabin in a peaceful location. There was a selection of local produce, bread, milk, butter, jam & apple juice to enjoy which was really appreciated. Very clean, well equipped and the bed was so comfortable. We will be back!
