Rachel was an amazing host - she gave us lots of local knowledge which really added to the trip. The breakfast was so good! Lounge to chill in with honesty bar was very relaxing & having a sauna was a great bonus. Situated right by a great little town with nice restaurants & pubs in an amazing part of Ireland, a real feeling of wildness. Recommend crookhaven pub at end of Pier

Majella and Pat were so welcoming, and the house was absolutely perfect, so comfortable and warm and such lovely added details, like some homemade brown bread and porridge oats, milk, butter and jam in the fridge. We loved meeting the lovely dogs Millie and Bella! I would highly recommend this cottage to stay in for a peaceful break from the city, with really kind and welcoming hosts.

The house was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped with everything you might need. The location was superb, a great base for exploring beautiful West Cork. We went sea swimming every day and we were delighted that there was a space to rinse our gear and a covered washing line outside for drying in all weather. Also, Kara, our host, left us flowers, a bottle of wine and some chocolates on arrival, thank you so much for this unexpected surprise!

    The location was lovely and the complex was very charming, set in the woods. Johnny was very helpful when the TV would not work and brought a replacement TV and set it up.     Great location, able to walk everywhere. Our host was fantastic, so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt at home right away. Great room on first floor, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast and lots of great tips for seeing the sights and dining in the town that evening. Absolutely loved it and would stay there again.

    Margaret was a fantastic host with helpful advice on local attractions. The B&B itself is in a very scenic location, overlooking the bay at Baltimore. Breakfast was excellent with good variety and generous portions. Rooms were spacious with en-suite bathrooms spotless. Highly recommended!

    The location of Rathmore House is as good as it gets - the views from the front of the house are fabulous. It is easy to find, and Marguerite is a wonderful host. It is very clean, very comfortable, and 100% would recommend this as a great place to stay in the Baltimore area.

    Ideal location between baltimore and skibereen, ideal for families or couples. Place was perfect and the staff, Johnny in particular could not have been more helpful or nice to us for the duration of our stay. Will definitely be back again some time. Couldn't rate it any higher.
