I advise you to visit the beach in front of Simus Beach Hotel (at our time of arrival, in September, there were free sun beds). I was really impressed that staff had translation app on their phone to understand your language and help you understand theirs aswell. My kids won't come out of the pool they enjoyed it so much. Near to many amazing places like a 10 minutes drive to Nova mall Apollo temple (must visit sunset time) Aqua joy water park A personal space very home like. Will for sure visit again.

Sunrise hill villa with private pool se encuentra en Side, en la región de Región del Mediterráneo, y dispone de terraza y vistas a la piscina. The villa was spacious with a good size pool as shown. Water not too cold so the kids could enjoy. Osman met us there and gave us helpful info. He also came around immediately when we managed to lock the keys inside. Internet was very good. Parking easy right out front. There are restaurants and beach in walking distance but better if you have a car to drive into Side main town. Overall very comfortable and excellent communication.
