DB Studios is amazing place to stay during vacation at Koh Samui island. The room is cozy and extremly clean with very comfartable bed as well. Pretty quiet area at Lamai Beach and really nice views from window. Plenty space nearby accomodation in order to park the car. Owners are elextraodinary nice, well educuted people, that ready to assist anytime and all hotel staff just exellent. Strictly recommended.Definately will return.

In the middle of the nature, very peacefully and relaxing place, nice and clean bungalow with beautiful green garden full of flowers 🪷 (thanks to the rainy season) and nice river near by, look like a little paradise. The familly member are all lovely and very helpful person, they are always available to help or send or show you somewhere, thanks to them 🙏I will definitely come again in the future…

The villa itself feels very luxurious and a bargain for the price, if you're going to Ko Samui this should be your first choice!

Just WOW. Our villa overlooked the sea, and the beautiful Thongson Bay. Phil, our host, greeted us even though we didn't arrive until late into the evening as our flight had been delayed. Phil was so welcoming and showed us around the property and up to our villa. We even received a very helpful list of places to go and restaurants to visit, from lunch venues, to cheap but very good restaurants, as well as a couple of places to go for a special evening out (more expensive but still very reasonable and top notch food). We hired a car which enabled us to travel around the island and explore the many different villages and areas of Koh Samui. However, if you just wanted to have a restful poolside/beach holiday, you have that on your doorstep too including s few local restaurants which are easy to walk to. Phil organised a taxi for our arrival (highly recommended) with his driver to collect us from the airport. The taxi was there when we arrived (not taken for granted as on arrival in Bali the year before we waited over an hour for someone to turn up so we were very grateful after a long flight!). The driver even dropped us at the local shop on the way to the villa so that we could get some essential water and food for the coming days, which was so thoughtful. Phil is excellent at communicating when needing to throughout the stay, without being intrusive. He even bought us some local bakery pastries a few days into our trip. Its the little human and thoughtful touches that make this place special. A truly magnificently located apartment and a 5 star host. We would thoroughly recommend. **Note for those with mobility issues: The very special location of this villa, being on the side of a hill means that there are quite a few steps if you are staying at one of the villas at the top with the best views. However there is a villa on the lower level with only a few steps which would be more accessible for those that may struggle with steps.

We had an amazing stay ! One of the best we've had on our travels so far. Heinrik and Waran are such friendly people who accommodated our every need and made us feel comfortable and welcome on the island. They clearly love what they do and it shows in their passion for their work. This is a great place to stay because you have the autonomy of your own apartment but also the help from the amazing staff. We had every one of our needs met - we couldn't ask for more. It's also in a great location which is quiet and perfect for couples. The bungalow definitely made our stay on Koh Samui so much better.

The staff were so kind, I mentioned is was my partners birthday and they made him pancakes with candles and wrote happy birthday in chocolate sauce. Everything was super clean and cozy. We loved it!

The facilities are really good. It is situated on a concrete foundation on the hillside. With a beautiful view of the Jungle and the open sea with the sunset. The only sounds are birds, geckos , monkeys and bugs. It's total Harmony. The tents are huge with a king-size bed, fan, table, electricity and lights. There are also chairs and a table on the outside area. The toilets and showers are clean and new. The couple who runs it are very warm and welcoming. I ended up staying over 3 weeks as I loved it so much. Best stay in Thailand. Highly recommended!
